We had a fantastic stay here! The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, making it easy for us to explore the surrounding area. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed, including a mini-bar and a flat-screen TV. The staff were extremely friendly and provided excellent service, ensuring that all our needs were met. We also loved the swimming pool and the spa, which allowed us to relax and unwind after a long day of sightseeing. this place exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it!

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel that truly made me feel like a VIP. the hotel was conveniently located, with easy access to public transportation, and came with a free airport transfer. the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with an incredible view of the surrounding area. the hotel service was exceptional, with friendly staff who made sure I had everything I needed. the breakfast was delicious, with an extensive range of options to choose from, and the facilities were top-notch, including a wonderful swimming pool and gym.

Although the hotel had lovely facilities, I was a bit disappointed with the lack of shade around the swimming pool.

Additionally, the breakfast they served was extensive and delicious. Although it's not in the city center, the location in an open area was peaceful and they provided good transportation options.

Had a great time with their delicious breakfast and beautiful facilities. the free drink upon arrival was such a warm welcome. the room was clean and comfortable with lots of toiletries. the bed and pillows were so comfy. Location was not too far from places to eat which made it a good stay.

There were a few things that could have been better: the bedroom could have been cleaner, the staff could have better informed me of any maintenance taking place, and I couldn't use the pool due to it being hired out. the loud noise from the ballroom was also a bit of a disturbance - especially since I was catching up on sleep due to jet-lag.

The hotel is clean, new, and well-maintained. The breakfast buffet offers a wonderful variety of delicious foods. The staff is attentive, friendly, and goes above and beyond to fulfill guests' needs. The free airport transfers are a convenient and cost-saving service.

The rooftop bar had a great view of the city skyline and the drinks were reasonably priced. The gym had modern equipment and was open 24 hours a day. The hotel was located near an airport and a shopping mall, making it convenient for travelers.

The hotel was incredibly noisy during New Year's Eve, with loud music and party-goers keeping us awake until the early hours of the morning. The staff seemed overwhelmed and understaffed, with long wait times for room service.
